About Our Preschool: Westminster Preschool is a DCFS licensed preschool.
We offer half-day programs for children ages 3-5 years old.
A Note from Alisa:
We are still registering children for the 2008-2009 school year. If you are interested in finding out more about our preschool or to get a registration packet, please call Alisa. (Director). Don’t forget, members of Westminster receive 10% off monthly tuition.

About our Classes:
Our 3 year old program meets Tues/Thurs from 9:00am-11:30am. Tuition is $85.00 per month. Teachers are Alisa Fewell and Lara Kassel.
Our 4 & 5 year old program meets Mon/Wed/Fri from 9:00am - 11:30 am.
Tuition is $115.00 per month.
*Children must be 3 or 4 by September 1, 2007.
We are open during the school year (Sept.-May) and follow the Rockford Public School calendar, including vacations and holidays.
 Our Mission is to provide preschool children, in our community with a loving, creative, secure environment, equipping them to grow emotionally, socially and physically in a caring, Christian setting.
 Our Program: Our curriculum is child-centered and focuses on thematic units incorporating a wide range of activities that promote literacy, language, art, science, number and letter concepts, phonics, movement, music and technology. We also offer field trips, special guests and so much more! 
Our Daily Schedule
9:00 - 9:10: Welcome and Quiet Activities
9:10 - 9:30: Circle Time: Calendar, prayer, stories, songs, sharing
9:30 - 10:30: Centers: Art, blocks, books, science, table games, drama
10:30 - 10:45: Clean up and Bathroom Time
10:45 - 11:05: Snack Time
11:05 - 11:30: Group Activities, stories, Music, outdoor play
11:30 - 11:35: Dismissal
 Our Director Alisa Fewell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. She has 13 years of experience in teaching Early Childhood Education. Prior to coming to Westminster Preschool, Alisa served as director of another local church preschool for 6 years.
Our Teacher Lara Kassel earned earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education. She has been teaching since 1994 and has 2 children  Preschool News!
